PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent toner from leaking from a constant pressure type cleaning means. SOLUTION: A sealing member 180 is formed from a single member including a rear sealing portion 181, which seals a reinforcing portion 174c of a blade support plate 174 and a case 200, and side sealing portions 182, which respectively seal support portions 174a of the blade support plate and the case. One edge of the sealing member is fixed to the blade support plate. Other edges 181b and 182b are movably received in a single groove 220 formed in the case and are in firm contact with both side faces of the groove.
