<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication hole inspection method of a cast molding and its device capable of determining surely the quality of the communication hole. SOLUTION: In this method, an audible sound wave is emitted from one end of the communication hole H of the cast molding, and the audible sound wave passing through the communication hole H is received by the communication hole H on the other end, and operation processing of a frequency spectrum of the received audible sound wave is executed based on a reference frequency spectrum, to thereby execute quality determination of the communication hole H. In this device, a transmitter 1 of the audible sound wave is arranged on one end of the communication hole H of the cast molding, and a receiver 3 of the audible sound wave is arranged on the other end of the communication hole H, and the audible sound wave from the transmitter 1 passing through the communication hole H is received by the receiver 3, and the operation processing of the frequency spectrum of the received audible sound wave is executed by an operation processing device 6 based on the reference frequency spectrum, to thereby execute quality determination of the communication hole.</p> |
