PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of steam from a holding ring insertion section for connecting a tail pipe to a feed pipe and a return pipe for the tail pipe cooling steam of a gas turbine. SOLUTION: The steam return pipe 10 comprises an upper pipe 10a and a flexible pipe 13, and the upper pipe 10a is fixed to the wall of a cabin 50 via a flange 11 with bolts 12. The flange 14 of the flexible pipe 13 is pinched and fixed between the upper flange 11 and the peripheral upper face of a hole 53 of the cabin 50, a screw section 15 at the lower end is screwed to a bush 16 on a holding pipe side, and the lower end is elastically supported on the bottom face of the bush 16 via an annular metal packing 19 having a U-shaped cross section. The steam return pipe and the steam feed pipe have the same structure, they are completely sealed with the cabin 50, a gasket 18, and a liner 17 at the upper section and with the bush 16, screw coupling, and the metal packing 19 at the lower end, and steam leakage is prevented.
