<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable displacement turbine allowing a variable-nozzle mechanism comprising a nozzle driving member, connecting members, and nozzle vanes to be arranged on the inside of a scroll formed on a turbine casing, compactly miniaturized due to its shortened axial length, having improved mountability on a vehicle, avoiding the complexity of the structure of a center easing section, having low assembling and disassembling man-hours, and capable of keeping good maintainability. SOLUTION: This variable displacement turbine is provided with the variable- nozzle mechanism including a nozzle driving member made rotatable around the turbine shaft center by an actuator and a plurality of connecting members connecting the nozzle driving member and a plurality of nozzle vanes, respectively. The variable nozzle mechanism including the nozzle driving member and a plurality of connecting members is arranged in a link chamber formed on the inner peripheral side of the scroll in parallel with the nozzle vanes in the turbine axial direction.</p> |
