Process for permanently monitoring electrochemical, physical and chemical parameters of constructions made from reinforced concrete comprises placing sensors on and in the constructions; coupling the sensors to an evaluation system via a local data bus; transferring the crude sensor data to the evaluation system and pre-processing the data through the system; connecting the evaluation system to a central control having a data bank via a network; transferring the data from the evaluation system to the central control; storing the data in the central data bank; and automatically transferring data when the threshold values (alarm function) are exceeded or are not reached. Preferred Features: The sensors measure the ambient temperature, the construction temperature and moisture, the corrosion potential, the chloride content on the construction.
