PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a degree of freedom of an installing position of an actuator for vertically moving a suspension arm, and to enhance durability of the actuator to vibration inputted from the suspension arm. SOLUTION: The actuator 26 for vertically moving a lower arm 12 for suspending a wheel, has a motor 31 and a speed reduction gear box 32. The tip of a driving arm 25 fixed to an output shaft of the speed reduction gear box 32 and the lower arm 12 are connected by a link 24. Thus, the installing position of the actuator 26 to the lower arm 12 can be optionally set only by changing the direction, the length and an angle of the driving arm 25 and the link 24. The durability of the actuator 26 can be enhanced by buffering a shaft directional load by arranging an elastic material in the link 24.
