Novelty is that ventilating block is provided with two additional room ventilating ducts arranged on opposite side of welded ventilating duct; additional horizontal diaphragm is made in top part of additional middle duct; opening is formed in top part of additional middle duct between the latter and collecting duct. Ventilating block is open on side abutting against wall separating two flats and placed in recess of this wall. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities and useful area due to air exhaust from bathrooms and toilet rooms; reduced cost and material consumption. 1 cl, 5 dwg
