PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interactive simple fan with excellent yield of a product, sufficiently usable as a fan even when the base paper having such a thickness of a post card is used, usable as a questionnaire post card, having the other various usable characteristics and relatively inexpensively manufacturable SOLUTION: A fan sheet-like part and a fan-like part extending from the left and right both side edges of this fan sheet-like part are formed of the base paper. A line is displayed on a boundary of these. A fold is formed. Perforations are applied to constitute the bidirectional simple fan. Curvature of the upper edge of the fan sheet-like part and curvature of the lower edge of the bidirectional simple fan of an unfolded state are set in the same, and the side edge of the fin-like pat is sometimes formed linearly. The post card is displayed on the fan sheet-like part, and an address of a home page is displayed on a surface of the bidirectional simple fan. Serial numbers are displayed on the surface of the bidirectional simple fan.
