PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet metal drilling device which can reliably treat drilling scraps with a simple structure when a plate member is drilled from a lower side to an upper side. SOLUTION: A hole 10 is opened in a diagonally upward extending manner in order to drill a hole diagonally from the lower side, a scrap receiving surface 13 is provided facing the extending direction of the hole 10. When the stacked scrap S is brought into contact with a deflecting surface 14 provided on the scrap receiving surface 13, the direction of the scrap S is changed to form a space between the scrap and the next scrap, the highest scraps S is separated thereform, and falls in a discharge passage 9, and collected in a scrap can 15.
