PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner having small pieces of a soap enclosed therein, which is made by hollowing out the inside of a sponge to give a soap inlet and a space for enclosing small pieces of a soap, and covering the sponge with a meshed bag having an opening and closing mechanism to thereby give a solid form, so that the enclosed small pieces of a soap can be used without waste and, because of limitlessness on the place to put in, can be put in a soap case for use in cleaning the hands, a washstand, a bathtub and the like.
