PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a crosslinkable acrylic rubber composition excellent in scorch stability and capable of producing crosslinked products having small compression set. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by compounding 0.1-20 pts.wt. reaction product of (a) a compound of the general formula 1, wherein R1, R2 and R3 are each hydrogen or a group having the 1-12 total atom number of carbon, nitrogen and sulfur and (b) an isocyanuric acid compound in 100 pts.wt. acrylic rubber containing carboxyl group.
