摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently detect an inspected material in a narrow part, etc., without impairing remote and non-contact properties by carrying a laser beam for transmitting/receiving an ultrasound by using an optical fiber and a small- sized inspection probe of an optical system for irradiation or the like. SOLUTION: This device has a first laser light source 1, a second laser light source 4, an optical system 5 for reception, a signal conversion means 13, and a signal processing means SP. This device is further equipped with at least one optical fiber 24 for carrying the laser beam EL oscillated by the light source 1 into close proximity with the inspected material 3, and the optical system 25 for irradiation provided on the material 3 side end of the optical fiber 24 to irradiate the material 3 with the laser beam EL under specified irradiating conditions.</p>
