SOLUTION: A service database 25 stores a group of area information and a service program for every individual service. When a communication part 21 receives positional information and service selection information of a mobile object 13, a service selection part 22 retrieves the service database 25 to select the corresponding service program, and an area deciding part 23 judges whether or not the mobile object 13 exists in an area expressed by the area information. Then, when the mobile object 13 exits in the area, the service executing part 24 executes the service program to provide the mobile object 13 with the service. |
