<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize broadband data more satisfactorily which is transmitted in the form of a data sequence accompanying start synchronization, word synchronization, a data word and the fixed number of the repeats of synchronization, the word synchronization and the data word. SOLUTION: A network element is provided with not only a receiving means for receiving a broadband data sequence but also with an evaluating means for recognizing that a data sequence has been transmitted, when the start synchronization is recognized or one additional piece of synchronization preceding accurate word synchronization is recognized and also evaluating a data word, which is received following the recognized start synchronization preceding the word synchronization in each time or received following the recognized additional synchronization preceding the accurate word synchronization, in order to enable conducting improved recognition of broadband data to be transmitted in the form of the data sequence accompanying the start synchronization, the word synchronization, the data word and the fixed number of repeats of the synchronization, the word synchronization and the data word.</p> |
