<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor memory in which loss of data due to the dispersion of write-in of data and the erasion time and erroneous write-in of data do not occur, in a system to which data of fixed quantity is continuously given. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a timer 17 which is controlled by a CPU 12 so that time measurement is started as write-in of data is started in a non-volatile memory 16 and which restricts a write-in period of data. And when an interruption signal is outputted from the timer 17, the CPU 12 gives an instruction to stop the present write-in processing of data to the non-volatile memory 16 to a data transfer control circuit 15 which stops write-in processing of data. After then, the CPU 12 sets a substitution sector to change a write-in region of data in the non-volatile memory 16, and performs rewriting of data to the substitution sector.</p> |
