The scooter has a lower stem 2 of the support with a frame 20 fixed to it, having a pivot bore 26 accepting a bolt assembly 30 also passing through an aligned hole 14 of a piece 10 fixed on the scooter body 1. The frame 20 has a channel 23 accepting the piece 10 and longitudinal slots 24 accepting a rapid release device 40, 50 which is engageable in a forwardly open recess 12 in the piece 10. A spring 70, held in the frame by a rod 60, biasses the device 40, 50 into the recess to enable secure locking of the support in its operational position. |
