The proposed mechanism for laying movable cables consists of a machine stationary part (1). One end of an arm (2) is rotatably mounted in a first joint (5) that is arranged on said stationary part (1), while said arm (2) other end is rotatably mounted in a second joint (8) to a cable carrier (8) to which a first cable bunch (10) is attached.
