PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated metallic filter having a novel laminated structure, a producing method thereof and as a filter element using the said filter material. SOLUTION: This laminated metallic filter is formed by integrally sintering a porous metallic substrate and a filter layer having pores finer than the averaged pore size of the said substrate. The substrate of the filter is formed in such a plate that stripes of porous metal are piled in multi-layers and the width of the strips is arranged in a direction of thickness. In addition, by fixing the filter layer on the surface which is formed in a plate, the filter layer and the strips are arranged in the direction so as to intersect in the surface direction.
