PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved device and a method on a needle safety device. SOLUTION: The device and the method on the needle safety device are disclosed. This needle safety device is composed of a needle 45 having a base end part and a tip part, a flexible member 20 having a base end part and a tip part and a housing 15. The flexible member 20 also has a hole for receiving the needle. The base end part and the tip part of the flexible member respectively contact with the housing in a first position in the vicinity of a base end part of the housing and in a second position in the vicinity of a tip part of the housing. |
