PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder fixing device capable of being used in no relation to a large or small diameter of the cylinder. SOLUTION: The cylinder fixing device has a harness 2 and a belt 4 for fixing a cylinder. A first end of the belt 4 is mounted to a first side end 10A of the harness 2 through a first means comprising a fastener 9 and the second end is mounted to a second end 10B of the harness 2 through a second means. The second means comprises a stopper plate 31 capable of advancing out of and retreating into a through hole of the belt 4; an urging spring applied to the stopper plate 31; a mounting member 33 of the stopper plate 31 and the spring against the harness 2; and a belt guide groove 36 formed on the harness 2.
