PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve massage effect by making a right and left pair of massage rollers intensively finger press or strike a particular affected part suffering a severe stiffness and enrich a variation of finger pressing or striking massage by making the massage rollers finger press or strike on affected parts in symmetry both simultaneously and alternately. SOLUTION: The roller massage 4 is provided with a rotary shaft 10, a right and left pair of massage rollers 16R, 16L which are arranged halfway on the rotary shaft 10 such that they cross with the shaft center at a right angle and are eccentric to the shaft center, a driving means 14 to rotate the rotary shaft 10 and a switching means 26 which switches between a double pressing position and a single pressing position. In the double pressing position the most projecting portions of the right and left pair of massage rollers 16R, 16L, which are farthest away from the rotary shaft 10, come in the same position in the direction in which the center of the rotary shaft 10 rotates and in the single pressing position the most projecting portions come at different positions 180 degree apart from each other in the direction in which the center of the rotary shaft 10 rotates.
