PURPOSE: A system for controlling and managing a cooperation between internet service providers is provided to effectively construct a hub site by preventing IDs from being repeated, by showing ways for providing contents, and by protecting enterprises' interests through a business model. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of user systems(10) are composed of personal computers equipped with a function capable of connecting to the internet. A management system(20) is composed of the personal computers equipped with the function. In addition, the management system(20) can transmit information, which a manager has and manages information, which a plurality of users want. A network(30) provides a path for transmitting information between a plurality of user systems(10) and the manager system(20). The nth web server(4N) supports one or more clients. Each web server is equipped with a database unit which stores data for information on products, a database management module which manages information of the database unit, an electronic commerce management module which manages information on prices in electronic commerce through message transmission units between the manager and the user in real time and a mail management module which transmits contents of results from selected items to a plurality of users and the manager through mails.
