MASK FRAME SUPPORT MEMBER FOR COLOR CRT

摘要

PURPOSE: A mask frame support member for color CRT is provided to prevent deformation of shadow mask and improve display quality of color CRT by absorbing and buffering the impact transmitted to the shadow mask/mask assembly through the panel. CONSTITUTION: A mask frame support member(160) comprises a suspension portion(162) having a hole(162a) for coupling of a stud pin, and which is disposed in the axial direction of the CRT; and a connection portion(164) bent at the rear end of the suspension portion and extended toward the axis of the CRT. The connection portion to be coupled with a mask frame(14) has a fixing portion(164a) further extended toward the axis of the CRT after passing through a vertical portion(14V) of the mask frame of the CRT. The fixing portion is weld-coupled to a horizontal portion(14H) of the mask frame.
