PURPOSE: A system for sending will automatically and a method for the same are provided to enable an inheritor to receive a will easily and promptly in case of an accident by recording the will in an electronic document at a database and sending the will automatically to an appointed recipient in case of the accident. CONSTITUTION: A first process(S101,S102) makes a will in which an appointed recipient is written, and transmits the will to a will management server through a communication network. A second process(S103) stores the received will at a database. A third process(S104,S105) monitors a mail server access situation of a member, withdraws the will from the database and transmits the will to the appointed recipient through the mail server in case of an accident that the member doesn't access the mail server for an appointed time.
