PURPOSE: A method for processing a medical treatment request and a device for processing an order using a data communication network are provided to enable each patient to check various medical staffs and a sufficient explanation on each medical staff and to change the corresponding medical staff and to request a medical treatment using the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A medical requester connects to a web server through a data communication network. A plurality of medical treating items and medical treating requesting methods are provided for the request's confirmation. If the requester selects one medical staff out of the plurality of medical staffs, a medical treatment requesting document is suggested. If the requester records personal information for a medical treatment in the medical treatment requesting document and treatment requesting item information and requests a medical treatment, medical treatment requesting information including the information is created. The created medical treatment requesting information is transmitted to a branch office of the medical treatment. Selected medical staffs are designated and arranged at a proper medical office based on the contents of the transmitted medical treatment requesting information.
