PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination of graft fixation devices and insertion parts. SOLUTION: The fixation device is useful for fixing a graft on the surface of bone and other body portions. The combined device relating to this invention is equipped with a fixation unit having two transplant components joined with connection parts. These transplant components have the longitudinally penetrated passages, respectively. Further, the above combined system has the insertion components to be linked with tip ends of each transplant components.
