<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for discriminating a plastic which can efficiently and surely discriminate the kind of the plastic of an object to be discriminated made of the plastic, and a method for discriminating the plastic. SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 for discriminating the plastic for discriminating the kind of the plastic of the object 260 to be discriminated made of the plastic is provided with a light irradiating part 1,000 for irradiating the object 260 to be discriminated with light, a position changing and setting part 1,200 for determining a discrimination processing reference position 1,300 being good for discrimination on the object 260 to be discriminated by changing the position of the object 260 to be discriminated by making the position of the light irradiated by the light irradiating part 1,000 as a reference, a surface regenerating part 12 for regenerating the surface condition of the discrimination processing reference position 1,300 of the object 260 to be discriminated set by the position changing and setting part 1, 200 and an analyzing part 14 for analyzing and discriminating the kind of the plastic of a part of the object 260 to be discriminated the surface of which is regenerated.</p> |
