PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for safely manufacturing ocean mineral component-containing water suitable as raw water for food, cosmetics, medicines, or the like, or drinking water without damaging the mineral characteristics of ocean deep water. SOLUTION: Mineral components obtained by the evaporation to dryness of seawater collected from an ocean deep layer part are added to water, or the like, in an amount of 0.01-1 mass % in terms of raw seawater. |
