The body (1), shaped to fit the ear, has a Y-shaped channel. One branch (2) terminates in a damper (6) with a disc or conical valve (8) with screw adjuster to attenuate noise to a maximum of 80 dB. The second branch (3) is used for communications and/or measuring equipment and is closed by a stopper (7).
