PURPOSE: A secondary battery charging method with residual electricity generated by an engine rotation of a vehicle after maximally charging a primary battery is provided to resolve the inconvenience for charging the electricity in an electric vehicle frequently by additionally mounting a secondary battery to the vehicle and recover about 90% of electricity loss. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery charging method with residual electricity generated by an engine rotation of a vehicle after maximally charging a primary battery includes a secondary battery such as a lithium-ion battery in addition to a primary battery so that residual power after charging the primary battery fully is automatically charged to the secondary battery.
