摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an external dimension while keeping a static capacity, improve a mounting density, and prevent mounting failure. SOLUTION: A stereoscopic wiring plate 33 is provided with a recessed part 20 and a stepped part 21 formed on the end part of the recessed part 20. A conductor 27 is formed on the upper surface of the stepped part 21 and an anode terminal 28 is formed on the rear surface of the plate 33 corresponding to the conductor 27. A conductor layer 29 for cathode is formed on the bottom surface of the recessed part 20, and a cathode terminal 30 is formed on the rear surface of the plate 33 corresponding to the conductor layer 29. The conductor 27 and anode terminal 28 are connected with each other through a through connection hole 37, and the conductor 29 and cathode terminal 30 are connected with each other through a non-through connection hole 26. A capacitor element 3 is mounted to the recessed part 20, and a lead wire 2 for anode is placed on the stepped part 21 and is connected with the conductor layer 27. A cathode layer 4 is connected with the conductor layer, 29 by means of a conductive adhesive agent 7.
