PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic controlling device which can cut costs and reduce occurrence of vibration and abnormal noise and reduce costs regarding development as well. SOLUTION: A hydraulic controlling device which constitutes hydraulic controlling means to control switching timing and/or switching time in order to reduce fluctuation of the pressure waveform just under a pressure controlling valve when the valve is closed as predicted, is constituted to execute the hydraulic controlling means on the assumption that an estimate of the pressure waveform is made based on an estimate of amount of air bubbles educed just under the valve when the pressure controlling valve is closed and a certain amount of flow occurs at the lower course of the hydraulic controlling valve resulting from air bubbles are educed just under the hydraulic controlling valve when the valve is closed.
