PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outboard motor structure provided with intake/exhaust structures for miniaturizing a V-shape engine. SOLUTION: This outboard motor structure comprising a V-shaped 4-cycle engine is provided with a casing (upper casing) supported to the rear part of a hull and an internal combustion engine for propeller drive mounted on the top face of the casing, the internal combustion engine is provided with a crankshaft in its front side, and a plurality of cylinders are arranged rearward opposite to each other into a V shape with the crankshaft set to the center. An exhaust port is formed inward the cylinder row arranged into the V shape, intake ports are arranged in respective cylinders outside the cylinder row arranged into V shape, intake passages communicated with the respective intake ports are independently formed and extended frontward, collection parts 128 collecting the intake passages of the respective cylinder row are provided in one side and the other side of the engine, and the respective collecting parts are connected to a throttle valve (throttle body 126) in its upstream.
