PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-quality inorganic fiber woven fabric produced at a high speed with low energy. SOLUTION: This inorganic fiber woven fabric is obtained by treating at least either one of warp yarns and weft yarns with a sparingly water-soluble sizing agent and weaving the resultant yarns with a water-jet loom.
