PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of thick-and-thin conjugated blending yarn having polychromatic property, softness, elastic property and bulkiness by controlling orientation degree. CONSTITUTION: The thick-and-thin conjugated blending yarn is obtained by a process containing the steps of: spinning at 1200-4000m/min. of spinning velocity to manufacture common polyester yarn having at least 80denier; spinning at 1200-3500m/min. of spinning velocity to manufacture copolymerized polyester yarn having at least 50denier and being possible to dye with cation dyes; air-confounding the common polyester yarn and the copolymerized polyester yarn to have at least 30/m of confounded number; and then doubling-drawing at below 90deg.C of drawing temperature(F) on 1.2-2.5times of drawing ratio(G). The thick-and-thin conjugated blending yarn is characterized by: after doubling-drawing, 90-470denier of final denier(E); before blending, elongation(B) of the common polyester yarn and elongation(D) of the copolymerized polyester yarn having -50-150 of a difference(B-D); and before blending, 0.2-0.45 of the ratio(C/A) of the common polyester yarn denier(A) to the copolymerized polyester yarn denier(C).
