<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a textile treatment agent intended to afford fiber surface with a hygroscopic polymer in a uniformly filmy fashion and suppress the touch feeling decline of the textile structural product treated therewith to a minimum while retaining high hygroscopicity thereof, in view of the fact that such a technology has been difficult to effect success so far, to provide textile structural products treated with the above agent, and to provide a method for producing such a textile structural product. SOLUTION: This textile treatment agent comprises a hydrophilic polymer containing in the molecular structure at least one of the following: (a) a polyethylene glycol segment and terephthalic acid and/or isophthalic acid segment, (b) N-alkyl acrylamide and/or N-vinyl alkylamide, and (c) polyethylene glycol segment and polycarboxylic acid segment, and having a hygroscopicity parameterΔMR of >=20%, a divinyl monomer containing a polyethylene glycol segment and/or polypropylene glycol segment, and a polymerization initiator. A textile structural product is treated with the above agent.</p> |
