METHOD FOR REUTILIZING EXCESS SPRAY MIST, AND REUTILIZED MIXED PAINT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for selecting a highly soluble system when excess spray mist generated in a wet coating booth is dissolved to be reutilized and mixing the dissolved paint with a separate paint to reutilize the same, and a reutilized mixed paint. SOLUTION: In the method for reutilizing the excess spray mist, the excess spray mist of an organic solvent type acrylic/melamine paint or polyester/ melamine paint applied in the wet coating booth is successively passed through (1) a separation and recovery process, (2) a dehydration process, (3) a dissolving process, (4) an impurity removing process and (5) a paint mixing process to be recovered and utilized. The reutilized mixed paint is obtained by this method.
