PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to quickly change in specifications by enabling an arbitrary change in the lifted open height of a lid body. SOLUTION: A guide rail 18 has a limiting element 26 at a proper place on the side opposed to a related column 16 arranged in a washer body 10. The column 16 has in the front face a plurality of vertically spaced positioning holes 36 in which a positioning tongue 30 of a stopper 22 is releasably inserted. Through holes 38 are formed above and below each positioning hole 36 to keep it in between. With the positioning tongue 30 of the stopper 22 inserted in an arbitrary positioning hole 36 from the inside, the threading of screws 24 inserted in related through holes 38 into related tapped holes 32 fixedly positions the stopper 22 inside the column 16. When a lid body is lifted, the limiting element 26 strikes from below on a cushioning member 34 of the stopper 22 arranged on the column 16 to limit the lifted open height of the lid body.
