摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method which can effectively reduce the blank reaction of an ATP-containing reagent and accordingly improve the accuracy and reliability of the measured value when a measuring substance existing in a sample is determined by using a reaction system comprising the hydrolysis of adenosine-3-phosphoric acid (ATP) with an enzyme, and a measuring reagent to be used in the method. SOLUTION: A measuring method using a reaction system comprising the hydrolysis of ATP with an enzyme. The method is carried out as follows: an ATP-containing reagent is adjusted to alkalescence of pH 7.5-9.0; and preferably, to the ATP-containing reagent, a buffering agent Bicine or Tricine is further added, or to the ATP-containing reagent, a chelating agent EDTA or CyDTA is further added preferably at a concentration of 0.2-6 mmol/L.
