PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network connection management system that maintains security between networks while realizing seamless connection between the networks. SOLUTION: Each of two or more networks 6, 7, 8, 9 interconnected via firewalls 5 is provided with a secure connection device 10. Ports enable passage through the firewalls 5 are provided between the secure connection devices 10 placed adjacent to each other. Each secure connection device 10 is provided with a communication data conversion means 12, an IP address conversion means 13, and a filtering means 14 that checks the correctness of a receiver side server or the correctness of a program to distribute a communication text.
