PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out clearance while protecting personal information without presenting the personal information to a store-device side nor store-side system in commercial transaction. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a radio telephone device 10, a store system 20 including a store device 21, and bank systems 30 and 40. The store system 20 sends at least total amount data on a buying/selling amount to the radio device 10. The radio telephone device 10 having received the data sends at least the data generated by giving an electronic signature to the total amount data and an electronic certificate stored previously in the radio telephone device 10 to the bank system 30. The bank system 30 having received the data performs authentication processing based upon the electronic certificate and the data with the electronic signature, and then performs processing for withdrawing the amount corresponding to the total amount data from the account file of the customer corresponding to the data with the electronic signature and processing for depositing the amount corresponding to the total amount data in the account file of a store.
