PURPOSE: A refrigerating container and method is provided to maintain contents of the container at an appropriate temperature by using a refrigerant for pre-cooling the container. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerating container comprises an outer container constituting an outer appearance of the refrigerating container and which accommodates an inner container(130); the inner container disposed inside of the outer container; an outlet port arranged at the lower end of the inner container so as to discharge liquid beverage; a cover(120) arranged at the top of the refrigerating container so as to cover both tops of the outer container and inner container; a cock(140) arranged at the lower end of the outer container; and an outlet guide(160) for interconnecting the outlet port and the cock. The inner container is formed of a double structure for containing refrigerant, and disposed to tightly contact the outer container. The inner container is separable from the outer container, and contains liquid beverage inside of the inner container.
