PURPOSE: A method and a system for implementing a bulletin board to easily execute posting and searching on the Internet is provided to achieve the searching of a notice with a search word by forming a query input window, matching inputted search words with notices and storing them in a database. CONSTITUTION: A system for implementing a bulletin board on the Internet consists a writing user terminal(1), a reading user terminal(2), an Internet network(3), and a bulletin board server(4). The bulletin board server(4) is provided with a notice database(6), a search word matching unit(5), and a search engine unit(7). The search word matching unit(5) matches the search words inputted by the writing user terminal(1) with notices and stores them in the notice database(6). The search engine unit(7) compares the reading user terminal notices stored in the notice database(6) with the search words inputted by the terminal(2) so that the notices matched to the search words can be retrieved.
