PURPOSE: A system for an instant advertisement on waiting for an internet connection and a method for managing thereof are provided to remove a troublesomeness of a user at internet connection waiting time by displaying an advertisement on a user PC in waiting states. CONSTITUTION: A member DB(13) stores all sorts of information in accordance with an input of a user managing discrimination process and a call using condition of an instant advertisement. An advertisement document unit(11) includes advertisement data manufactured in accordance with a request of an advertiser and manufactured for being displayed in accordance with a form of an instant advertisement program during a waiting for an internet connection. A homepage(12) is a web site for providing instant advertisement information during a waiting for an internet connection and includes an input unit for a member identification process and instant advertisement information. A web server(10) for providing instant advertisement information is connected to the internet(30) and transmits an updated instant advertisement to the PC(20) through the advertisement document unit(11) and transmits information of an internet instant advertisement calling user to the member DB(13). An instant advertising program(22) generally controls the instant advertisement. The PC(20) stores the instant advertising program(22) and displays all sorts of advertising information successively.
