PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet containing various active ingredients. SOLUTION: The objective tablet is produced by the direct tableting of a powdery mixture having particle diameter of <=850 μm, free from an emulsifier as a lubricant and containing 0.5-20 wt.% hardened oil and fat having a particle diameter of <=600 μm and exhibiting solid state at normal temperature, 3-70 wt.% collagen having particle diameter of <=500 μm and at least one powder component selected from glucosamine, calcium and isoflavone.
