PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined machining machine tool capable of resolving problems of a conventional vertical lathe that it has an issue in machining efficiency because it can not execute multi-surface or multi-process machining with one-time chucking and that it is hard to maintain machining accuracy. SOLUTION: The combined machining machine tool includes: a work main spindle vertically arranged on a bed, capable of indexing the angular C axis by rotating and turning, and holding a workpiece; a column capable of being moved and positioned on the horizontal X-axis on the bed; a cross slide capable of being moved and positioned on the Z-axis vertical to the column; a main spindle head capable of being moved and positioned on the Y-axis left and right horizontal to the cross slide; a main spindle quill capable of being turned around B-axis by turning between the vertical and horizontal directions around the main spindle head to index and position the B-axis; and a tool main spindle capable of indexing the angular M-axis by rotating and turning around the main quill, and holding the tool. The machine tool can carry out the multi- process machining by holding it once on the holding means of the work main spindle by associatively controlling with an NC device.
