PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce facility cost of a communication device for train control (ATC/TD) adopting a digital communication system. SOLUTION: In this communication device for train control, each ATC information for each track circuit generated at an information generating part (primary station) are sent to each track circuit via a track transmitting and receiving part (secondary station), and train detection information received from each track circuit are inputted in the information generating part via the track transmitting and receiving part. A plurality of the track circuits are arranged as one group, and one track transmitting and receiving part is provided to this one group.
