PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy generator which can generates power and electric power without producing harmful materials and environmental pollution materials. SOLUTION: The energy generator which generates energy by high pressure steam obtained by heating water is connected to a high temperature generator 1 which produces the steam by heating water, a steam turbine 2 which converts the kinetic energy of the steam to power and electric power to output them, a liquid feed device 3 which feeds the water to the high temperature generator 1, a radiator 4 which converts the steam used in the steam turbine 2 to the liquid, and a feed pump 6 which fees the water having been liquefied by the radiator 4 to the liquid feed device 3. The high temperature generator 1 generates the high temperature by a heat generator comprising a plurality of sphere bodies of the heat generator interlaid between a pair of carbon electrodes 30, 30 in a heating room 10 and the inside of the heating room 10 is evacuated in vacuum by a vacuum pump 10.
