PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the short-circuiting of a positive/negative electrode caused by the unstableness of the buckling part of a positive electrode drawing exposed conductor so as to provide stability by dropping at least one part of the positive electrode drawing exposed conductor welded to a positive electrode member in the center hole of a battery element winding body or the wound layer part of only a separator. SOLUTION: A part or all parts of a positive electrode drawing exposed conductor 51 welded to a positive electrode member is allowed to be deformed in various shapes by buckling or bending, but at least a part of the positive electrode drawing conductor 51 must fall in the center hole 3 of a battery element wound body during the deformation. Thus, even if the entire positive electrode drawing exposed conductor 51 is moved by external forces or the like, the movement of the fallen part is limited in the center hole 3 at the maximum, clashing with the inner wall of the center hole 3 reduces its movement and makes it still within a short time and, as a result, the entire conductor is stopped. |
