PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce facility constructing costs, and to maintain the reliability of an autonomic moving vehicle in a long term in the route guidance of an autonomic moving vehicle reaching a target spot while retrieving a route by itself. SOLUTION: Plural information storing parts 71 which records position information in a passage are arranged along the passage so that a route can be formed, and an information reading part 72 is loaded on a moving vehicle, and the information reading part 72 is constituted so as to be made sufficiently close to the information storing part 71 according to the traveling of the moving vehicle so that an electric wave can be transmitted and received between the information reading part and the information storing part. Then, a power is transmitted from the moving vehicle to the information storing part 71 through the transfer of the radio wave so that the information storing part 71 can be operated by this power, and the position information, that is, the moving vehicle position information is fetched by the information reading part 72, and the traveling direction of the moving vehicle is controlled based on the position information.
